Many people have made this soup their favorite...it's time you made it yours too...
INGREDIENTS.
1/2 cup each
Shredded cabbage
Capsicum
Carrots
Spring onions
Mushrooms
Boiled shredded chicken

2 tbsp very finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp very finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp black pepper powder
3 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp corn flour
4 cups chicken stock
Salt to taste

METHOD
In a large pot heat oil, add ginger and garlic. Saute well.
Then add capsicum,cabbage and mushrooms. Saute for 2-3 mins.
Then add boiled CHICKEN and spring onions.
Add chicken stock and sauces.
Bring to a boil.
Add vinegar,sugar pepper powder.
Make a slurry of corn flour and water.
Add to the boiling soup.
Mix well adjust salt.
When thick ..get it off the flame and serve hot...
Your hot and sour soup is ready.
