A unique recipe not made very frequently everywhere. Hence I'm sharing it with you folks.
1 fresh coconut grated
3-4 sprigs spring onions chopped
2 tbsp fresh corriander leaves
4-6 green chillies chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
6-8 tbsp gram flour ( besan)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
In a deep bowl, mix all the above ingredients, knead roughly shape to kebabs and deep fry till golden and crisp.
Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
